PURPOSE:To perform seam clamping work by small force, and to improve the operability by allowing vertical parts of turnup type building plates to abut on each other, mounting a seam clamped enclosure on horizontal edge parts and turning up its drooped edges in an arc shape, and then bringing the front end into press contact with the reverse surfaces of the horizontal edge parts. CONSTITUTION:A turnup type building plate which has a main plate 1 with a bottomed V-shaped part, or a flat plate type building plate A which has a flatplate type main plate 1 is used. Then, the one-side vertical part 2 of the building plate A having horizontal edges 3 inside of top ends of vertical parts at both sides of the main plate 1 is butted against the other-side vertical part 2 of the building plate A. Then, the cap material B of a seam clamped enclosure having drooped edges 5 formed from both side ends of a flat part 4 is mounted on both horizontal edges 3 and 3. Then, base part sides of the drooped edges 5 while formed in an arc shape are folded downward, and while gap parts 6 are formed at the base parts, tips are brought into press contact with the reverse surfaces of horizontal edges 3. |
