PURPOSE:To obtain a fluid opening and closing valve which supplies and stops three kinds of fluid by automatically opening and closing three valves in prescribed order successively according to a gas cutting sequence, and allows one operator to perform gas cutting while using tens of cutting machines in parallel. CONSTITUTION:A lever 14 is slanted to a position X to slide a sliding rod 8, head parts 5 of three working rods 6 are fitted in a ring groove 10, and a valve body 4 is pressed by a spring 7 to close a valve seat 3, stopping the flow of fluid completely. Then, the lever 14 is slanted to a position Y to draw the head parts 5 of two upper rods 6 out of the groove 10, and two upper valve seats 3 are released to pass only fuel gas and preheat O2, thereby preheating a steel plate to be cut. The lever 14 is moved to two positions and the head part 5 of the lowermost rod 6 is also drawn out of the groove 10 through the movement of the rod 8 to open the lowermost valve seat 4. Therefore, cutting O2 is flowed out to start cutting said steel plate. After this gas cutting operation ends, the lever 14 is moved in one body to fit head parts 5 of all rods 6 in the groove 10 of the rod 8, and all flows of fluid are blocked to stop the gas cutting operation automatically. |
