<p>PURPOSE:To permit positioning of coils without damaging them and to prevent slippage of a core by a method wherein pilot pins are erected on a platen serving as an assembling jig and the assembling work is performed utilizing these pilot pins. CONSTITUTION:At least a pair of pilot pins 10 are erected on a platen 9. In the first step, a base 1 is arranged on the platen 9. At this time, the pilot pins 10 and through holes 8 formed in the base 1 are properly combined. With this, the base 1 is positioned relative to the platen 9. In the next step, an auxiliary jig or stabilizer bodies 2, 3 and 4 are arranged on the base 1. At this time, the paired pilot pins 10 are brought into abutmet with both ends of a core 2, thereby to position the stabilizer bodies 2, 3 and 4. Then the platen 9 is moved and stopped in the subsequent position, but now the pilot pins 10 serve to restrict slippage of the core during such moving and stopping operation. By so doing, it becomes possible to prevent the core from slipping with no possibility of damaging coils.</p> |
