CONSTITUTION:A shock is given to a structure body 3 through a load meter 2 by an exciting hammer 1 to generate oscillation response signals X1-Xn from oscillation detectors 4 attached to n-number of points of the structure body 3. Components in the band higher than an analyzing frequency band in these oscillation response signals Xi and an exciting force signal F are removed by a low pass filter 20, and an A/D converter 21 receives the exciting force signal F and is started to convert the signal passing through the low pass filter 20 to a digital quantity, and this digital quantity is stored in a storage equipment 22. The shock is given to the structure body 3 several times, and signals stored in the storage equipment 22 are added and averaged, and Fourier conversion is performed to operate a transfer function in an operator 23.
