PURPOSE:To eliminate thermal deformation and to facilitate manufacturing by a method wherein a core fastening plate is divided into a pair of pin-holed flat plates including slits and plural flat bars forming thin wall parts of the slit portion between these flat plates, which members are separately manufactured and then butt-welded with each other. CONSTITUTION:A core fastening plate 111 is manufactured from such separate members as a pair of flat plates 115 including slits, the plates form the parts extending from both longitudinal ends of the plate 111 to the respective slit end of slits 113, 114 and have pin holes 112, and plural flat bars 117 which form thin wall parts of the slit part between the flat plates including slits. Those plural flat bars 117 are butt-welded between both slit flat plates 115-115. By so doing, the slits 113, 114 of the core fastening plate are formed with the plural flat bars 117 without a need of gas cutting and the slit openings in the flat plates 115 are formed by mechanical machining, so it becomes possible to eliminate thermal deformation and facilitate manufacturing. |
