PURPOSE:To decrease generation of stimulative odor and carbon monoxide at the rise time, by positioning the lower part of the outer casing for a wick closer to a main wick than the upper part, and by providing a plurality of breather pores, having a smaller diameter and more number than those in the upper part, to the lower part. CONSTITUTION:The outer casing 13 for a wick is provided opposed to a main wick 14, and the lower part of the outer casing 13 for a wick is positioned closer to the main wick 14 than the upper part. A plurality of breather pores 13a, having a smaller diameter and more number than a plurality of breather pores 13b provided to the upper part of the outer casing 13 for a wick, are provided to the lower part. With such an arrangement, generation of stimulative odor and carbon monoxide at the rise time can be decreased. In addition, rising flames, yellow flames, and the like, can be prevented at the time when combustion rate is lowered, as well as to prevent a red-heated cylinder from being red- heated unevenly, in the titled combustion apparatus. |
