PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of and to obtain a high heating efficiency by the air conditioner by a method wherein a water coolant heat exchanger which is connected to a floor panel is disposed between a coolant changeover device of heat pump air conditioning freezing cycle and an indoor heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:At the time of air warming operation, a coolant of high temperature and high pressure flows through the coolant changeover device 4, water coolant heat exchanger 5, indoor heat exchanger 3, air warming coolant pressure decreasing device 10, outdoor heat exchanger 2 and coolant changeover device 4 and returns to a compressor 1. In this while, the coolant heats the water circulating through the floor panel 14 at the water coolant heat exchanger 5 to perform the floor heating and also heats the room air through the indoor heat exchanger 3. Thus, both the floor and room warmings are carried out simultaneously. As a consequence, a temperature distribution is uniform from the floor to the ceiling, thereby improving the comfortability. |
