PURPOSE:To reduce thermal deformation and to facilitate manufacturing by a method wherein a core fastening plate is divided into a pair of pin-holed flat plates and plural flat bars forming thin wall parts of slit parts, which members are separately manufactured and then butt-welded with each other. CONSTITUTION:A core fastening plate 111 is manufacured from such separate members as pin-holed that plates 115 which form the parts extending from both longitudinal ends of the plate 111 to the respective slit ends of slits 113, 114, plural flat bars 116 which form thin wall parts of the part including the slits 113, 114 and have the same length as the slit 113, and plural flat bars 117 of the same length as the slit 114. Then, the plural flat bars 116, 117 are butt-welded between both pin-holed flat plates 115-115. By so doing, since the slits 113, 114 of the core fastening plate 111 are formed with the plural welded flat bars 116, 117 without a need of gas cutting, it becomes possible to much reduce thermal deformation and facilitate manufacturing. |
