PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic optical lens cylinder with which electron beam can be deflected in high speed and the deflection strain of beam can be reduced by permitting the part put between the magnetic poles of the liner tube to be throttled so as to provide magnetic poles on the outside of a liner tube. CONSTITUTION:In the course of producing a liner tube 1, an Al cylinder 20 serving as a core material is worked to the size of the inside diameter of a liner tube 1, and a cut part is formed on said cylinder 20 so that the interval between the magnetic poles of the core for electromagnetic deflection can be reduced smaller than the diameter of the cylinder. The surface of the cylinder 20 is polished to reduce the unevenness. Then, a gold-plated layer 3 is formed on the surface of the Al cylinder 20, and a Ti layer 2 is formed by evaporating and depositing Ti onto the surface of said gold-plated layer 3. Then, FRP or epoxy resin is applied further onto the surface of the Ti layer 2, and hardened. |
