PURPOSE:To improve the rise characteristics of a driving circuit of an electrooptic shutter, by turning on the driving circuit by turning off a control transistor. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 11L at the one side of an electrooptic elemnt is connected to a power supply, and the electrode of the other side is connected to the emitter of transistors TR3 and TR2. The electrooptic shutter is turned on by turning on the TR1 and TR2 and turning off the TR3 respectively. While the shutter is turned off by turning off the TR1 and turning on the TR2 and TR3. Thus the electrooptic element is turned on by using the short turn-off time of the TRs since the electrooptic element itself or the TR has a time constant. As a result, the rise is accelerated for a driving circuit of an electrooptic shutter to increase the adaptability to a color video device which is scanned at a high speed. |
