PURPOSE:To enable an accurate measurement of the quantity of static electricity by transmitting signals to an external receiving section as obtained when a potential of an object to be measured is measured directly with a measuring probe. CONSTITUTION:If an object to be measured has an electric charge, current (i) flows through a detection electrode 11. Voltage proportional to the magnitude thereof is amplified with an amplification circuit 12 and converted into a frequency proportional to the magnitude of the voltage with V-F converter 13 at the next stage. On the other hand, in an oscillation modulation circuit 14, a carrier is oscillated while subjected to a frequency modulation with the output of the V-F converter 13. The output thereof is amplified with an amplification circuit 15 and transmitted from a transmission antenna 16. After received with a receiving antenna 21 and amplified with an amplification circuit 22, the radiowave is detected with a detection circuit 23 and converted into a voltage with an F-V converter 24. Then, it is amplified with an amplification circuit 25 and indicated on an output meter 26. |
