PURPOSE:To provide a continuous automatic water sampling apparatus capable of successively and endlessly repeating the draining of a water sample container, the addition of cleaning fluid, the self-cleaning of the container, the addition of a chemical agent and the sampling of water for each water sample pipe at a predetermined interval of time. CONSTITUTION:Each of water sample containers is provided with a water sample pipe 2, a drainage pipe 3, a cleaning fluid pipe 4 and a medical fluid pipe 5. Each of these pipes is provided with an automatic valve 6, which is opened or closed in response to electric signals. The water sample pipe 2 is connected to a main drainage pipe 7 so that the waste water is drained into a waste water conduit through a drainage valve 10 by means of a waste water pump 9. On the other hand, the cleaning fluid pipe 4 and the chemical agent pipe 5 are connected to a cleaning fluid main pipe 11 and a chemical agent main pipe 12, respectively, so that a cleaning fluid and a medical fluid are sent and circulated by means of pumps. Thus, the opening/closing operations of the respective automatic valves 6 are arranged in a sequence to open and close the automatic valves thereby so successively and endlessly effect the draining of the water sample container, the addition of the cleaning fluid, the cleaning of the container, the sampling of water and the addition of a chemical agent for each water sample container at a predetermined interval of time. |
