PURPOSE:To cope with various standards, by constituting that the standards of interface are not fixed to input and outputs. CONSTITUTION:Two or more N channel MOS transistor (TRs) having equal channel length and in which at least one channel width is different from the other channel width, and <=3 P channel MOS TRs having equal channel length and in which at least one channel width is different from the other channel width are formed on a chip. One of the N channel TRs and P channel TRs are connectable as the 1st standard inverter, two N channel TRs and one P channel TR are connectable as the 2nd standard inverter, and further, one N channel TR and two P channel TRs are connectable as the 3rd standard inverter. |
