A cartridge for a pile of individual sheets, in particular copying paper coated on one side for photocopiers, is described whose cardboard container, which can be torn open on one side, is provided on one inside with a glued-on sheet of the sheet pile. This bottom sheet of the sheet pile is glued with the coated side to the side wall of the container so that the friction conditions between the individual sheets of the pile remain the same from sheet to sheet and do not change even when the final sheets of the pile are removed automatically. The advantage of undisturbed sheet removal is therefore achieved as well as the advantage that the individual sheets can be contacted by the removal devices on their non-coated rear side.
