The shooting grip for bows of all types and forms consists of a grip piece (1) with a string holding and letting-go device (3) and a release unit (2) belonging to this. The purpose of the shooting grip is generally to make archery easier in terms of handling. It achieves an especially advantageous effect during stretching, holding, aiming and letting go. The shooting grip can be kept for convenient use on a cord or in a suitable sheath on the trouser belt.
