In order to improve such a device, consisting of a housing which has openings and in which the active ingredients are arranged, enclosed by a gastight casing, it being possible to release without contact the active ingredients on cutting through of the casing by an opener formed on the housing, the opener moreover being screened from the multipart housing and there being arranged in the housing a support which absorbs the active ingredients emerging from the opened casing and has active ingredient evaporation surfaces facing towards the housing openings, and the active ingredient casing being arranged in one housing part and the opener in the other housing part, in such a manner that a simplification of manufacture and assembly can be achieved, the housing parts (1, 2) are arranged next to one another and interconnected in an articulated manner, manufactured in one piece and, directed towards one another with their mouths, designed to be foldable onto one another about the axis of articulation and lockable with one another, and the active ingredient casing (8) and the opener (14) are arranged in such a manner that, with the housing parts (1, 2) folded onto one another, the opener (14) engages into the active ingredient casing (8), opening the same. <IMAGE>
