PURPOSE:To prevent the circuit from hang-up phenomenon at the application of power supply, by supplying a bias power supply determining the operating point of a device and confirming the initial bias, before the power supply for the circuit itself is supplied. CONSTITUTION:Power is supplied to a bias terminal 1 via a resistor (R)11 and an inductance (L)12. Power is supplied to a circuit main power terminal 2 via a resistor (R)13 and an inductance (L)14. In this power supply circuit, when the equation of DELTAt=L14/R13-L12/R11>0 is satisfied, then power is always fed from the same power supply and a bias power supply can reach the steady state in a time earlier by DELTAt. |
