PURPOSE:To prevent blowing back of a gaseous mixture by arranging an auxiliary chamber between cylinders in which, when the suction port of one of cylinders is opened, the suction port of another is closed, dividing the auxiliary chamber, and connecting respective divided chambers to suction passages of respective cylinders. CONSTITUTION:When the cylinder 10 is in a suction step, suction of air is carried out from a carbureter 17 through a suction passage 16. The suction passage 16 is put into a negative pressure and a diaphragm 21 moves in left hand and assumes a state shown by solid lines. Thus, the gaseous mixture withing a divided chamber 22 is sucked up into the cylinder 10. The cylinder 11 is in an explosion step and the suction port 14 is closed. Hence, the gaseous mixture sucked up from a carbureter 19 flows into a divided chamber 23. When the cylinder 11 is put into the suction step, the diaphragm 21 assumes a state shown by the broken lines by the negative pressure within a suction passage 18, and the gaseous mixture within the divided chamber 23 is sucked up in the clyinder 11. The gaseous mixture from the carburettor 17 flows into the divided chamber 22. |
