PURPOSE:To reduce a driving current, and also to fall applied voltage, by constituting a composite film magnetic bubble function element, on the upper layer of each electric conductor pattern for constituting a chip function element, adding a magnetic material pattern having the same plane constitution as that of said pattern. CONSTITUTION:On an electric conductor pattern 1, a magnetic material pattern 2 having the same plane as that of said pattern is formed. When a currentI is applied in the direction (x) to the electric conductor pattern, a vertical magnetic field Hz1 and an in-surface magnetic field Hy1 are generated in the lower part of the electric conductor pattern, and in the upper part, respectively, and by this in-surface magnetic field Hy1, the magnetic material pattern 2 is magnetized along an in-surface arrow 3, and also positive and negative magnetic poles are induced in the left and right ends, and by these magnetic poles, a vertical magnetic field Hz3 is formed, and as the whole patterns 1, 2, the vertical magnetic field becomes magnitude which has synthesized Hz1 and Hz2. In this way, a driving current and applied voltage can be falled. |
