PURPOSE:To increase the strength of the titled locker arm by laminating carbon fiber woven materials so that the surfaces of the woven materials intersect rectangularly with the axial direction of the shaft of the locker arm, in the light- weighted locker arm. CONSTITUTION:The carbon fiber woven materials are laminated so that the surfaces of the carbon fiber woven materials intersect rectangularly the axis of the locker shaft. In the faces of the woven material, the carbon fiber 3 may be orientated in any manner within the face of the woven material but preferably the carbon fiber 3 oriented in the direction Y and that oriented in the direction Y' are alternately laminated. Metal members are inserted into either or all of the cam side, valve side and holes for the locker shaft. By this arrangement, the strength of the locker arm can be increased. |
