发明名称 SUPPORTING METHOD FOR REGENERATIVE BRICK OF HOT STOVE
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a titled device which prevents damaging of wall bricks and to avoid interference of ventilation by connecting the end parts of plural receiving beams which support regenerative bricks by means of thermally expanding reaction walls which are formed concentrically with the bricks of the walls of a hot stove. CONSTITUTION:Receiving beams 2, and receiving plates 3 are installed on stanchions 1 erected on the bottom part of a regenerative chamber, and regenerative bricks 4 are stacked on the plate 3. Gas flowing holes 5 are opened across the plates 3 and the bricks 4 to pass the heating gases in a heating period and the cold wind in a ventilation period. Thermally expanding reaction receiving beams 7 are provided concentrically with the bricks 6 on the inner side of the bricks 3 of a furnace wall to connect the end parts of the plural beams 2. With the above-mentioned constitution, the plates 3 expand and move onto the beams 2 and when the plates approach to the bricks 6, the plates abut on the beams 7. Since the beams 7 receive the reaction of thermal expansion, the beams can be made sufficiently large without restricted by the sizes of the other beams 2 and the plates 3. Closing of the holes 5 by the beams 7 is obviated by forming clearances 8 between th top surface of the beams 7 and the plates 3.
