发明名称 AUTOMATIC ASSEMBLY DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To make the whole device cheaply and enhance the effectiveness in works, by attracting flexible members such as lead, fastened to the parts to be assembled, to the intended hole part in the assembly body with the aid of an air stream and inducing them in the right line. CONSTITUTION:When the assembly body 4 reaches the position for the work, a robot handle 10 under control of the robot body 10 grasps the parts to be assembled 1 and places a lead 2 and a connector 3 including those parts above the hole part 5 provided in the assembly body 4. In this condition the suction hole 12a is placed under the hole part 5 in the assembly body 4, and then the source for attraction is put in operation. If, at the same time, the robot handle 10 is sunk, the connector 3 comes down near the hole part 5, and attracting action of a suction pipe 12 attracts it through the hole 5, and then the lead 2 is inserted in the hole 5 together. The robot handle 10 sinks until the part to be assembled 5 touches the hole 5, and then the part 1 is separated and the source for attraction is put out of operation.
