<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a laminated film having an emboss matching the texture of a woven cloth by a method wherein a woven cloth is laid on a (semi)transparent film laminated on a cloth the same as said cloth and pressure welded with a flat roll under heat to emboss. CONSTITUTION:A thermal adhesive 13 with a viscosity of 500-1,000 CPS is applied on a woven cloth 12 with a roll coater 14 so that impregnation thereof is caused up to about one-third to one-fifth of the thickness. After the cloth is dried in a drying furnace 5, a (semi)transparent thermoplastic resin film 10' is bonded thereon with a heated nip roll 16 to obtain a laminate 1'. Then, the laminate 1' is heated with a heater 2 while a woven cloth 3' the same as the woven cloth 12 is laid on the film 10', pressure welded with a flat roll 4 to emboss so that the film 10' is laminated to match the texture of the woven cloth 12. Thereafter, the laminate is cooled with a cooling roll 5 to separate the woven cloth 3' which is reeled up with a reeling roll 6 while the product is wound with a winder 7.</p> |
