PURPOSE:To manufacture a heat insulating box excellent in the strength and water sealing effect with uniformization of filling and foaming by facilitating the injection of a foaming liquid with a notch provided in an inner box corresponding to a resin injection port of an outer box. CONSTITUTION:An outer box 4 and an inner box 3 are set on an external jig 33A and an internal jig 32 is lowered in the direction of the arrow to fix the inner box 3 and a connection member 5 while external jigs 33B and 33C are moved in the direction of the arrow and erected to fix the outer box 4. Then, after advancing the tip thereof 27 into a space between the boxes 3 and 4 to face a notch 25, an injection gun 27 injects a foaming liquid into both right and left rear parts of the space passing through the notch 25. The liquid thus injected foams and grows to fill the entire space forcing out air present between both the boxes 3 and 4 through bleeding holes 28 and 29 and then, hardened to make a foamed heat insulating material. After the foaming, the internal and external jigs 32, 33A, 33B and 33C are removed to obtain an intended heat insulating box. |
