PURPOSE:To monitor the quality of line without independent provision of noise source and the like, by tentatively deteriorating the synthesis of phase through the provision of a special control signal. CONSTITUTION:A signal transmitted from a transmitter 1 is received at two antennas 2 and 3 and inputted to a space diversity receiver 4. This output is given to a demodulator 6 via an automatic equalizer 5 and transmitted as an output signal. In this case, a code error detection circuit 7 is connected to the demodulator 6 and a special control signal 8 is given to the receiver 4, allowing to deteriorate the synthesis of phase. Thus, the quality of line can be monitored. |
