PURPOSE:To increase the space factor of volume of conductors in a magnetic gap, by cutting off an aluminum film into a plurality of conductors with almite processing, and connecting both ends so as to make each conductor continuous into a line. CONSTITUTION:A strip aluminum film 2 is almite-processed and the film is cut into several number of conductors 4a, 4b, 4c in parallel via almite wires 3a, 3b, 3c along the lengthwise direction. The front and back surfaces of the film 2 other than both ends 2a, 2b are formed with oxide film, this film 2 is cylindrically wound and wire ends 4a', 4b', 4c' and 4a'', 4b'', 4c'' - of both ends 2a, 2b are mutually connected by shifting one wire left or right so that the conductors 4a, 4b, 4c are arranged on a line. |
