An arrangement for using a cutting torch 14 to bevel an edge on a metal plate 7 contains a movable torch stand 10, which can move to and from the plate. The torch stand carries at least one cutting torch 14 and has a wheel arrangement in the form of a bogie 16 with two wheels 12', 12" arranged one after the other in the direction of movement. The wheel arrangement can swivel about an axle 17 between the wheels and the swivelling occurs essentially in a vertical plane, which is parallel to the direction of movement. <IMAGE> |
