PURPOSE:To transfer charges from the channel in high clock frequency at a negative weight, by providing the 2nd transfer channel which stores the remainder of signal charges and transfers them to the outside of channel in accordance with a prescribed weight coefficient, for each charge transfer stage. CONSTITUTION:A channel for charge transfer consists of a drain 161, and gates 160, 158, 159 and are separated from a normal charge transfer channel with a channel stopper 203. When a clock phi1 is a low level, the charges stored under a gate 110 pass under a gate 111 and enter the gate 158, fill a well, and the charges overridden the potential barrier formed under the gate 159 are stored under a gate 114. When the clock phi1 is a high level to bring an SKM to a high level, the charges under the gate 158 pass under a gate 160 and are flowed to the drain 161. |
