<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the mechanical trouble for the titled solenoid by a method wherein a reed switch is provided at a part on the fixed side of the self-hold type solenoid of moving magnet type, thereby enabling to pick out the signal of operational condition without giving an adverse effect on the solenoid. CONSTITUTION:When a movable member 33 and a fixed material 26 are held in an attracted state, the magnetic flux of a permanent magnet 31 forms a magnetic path as shown by the solid line in the diagram, namely, permanent magnet 31 movable yoke 32 fixed yoke 24 fixed core 23 movable core 30 permanent magnet 31, and the solenoid is attracted and self-held. A reed switch 29, having a permanent magnet 32 positioned in its vicinity, is maintained in ''ON'' state by leakage magnetic flux phi2. At this instance, when a current is instantaneously applied so as to generate a magnetic flux reversely directed to the phi1 of electromagnetic coil 22, the attraction holding force is reduced, the reaction force of the compressed spring 35 overcomes, and the movable member 33 is disengaged from the fixed member 36. When the movable member is disengaged, the permanent magnet 31 moves away from the reed switch 29, and the reed switch 29 is turned to ''OFF'' position, because the strength of the magnetic field in the vicinity of the reed switch 29 is reduced.</p> |
