<p>PURPOSE:To make a device small and light and to enable safe detection with excellent performance of voltage resistance, by providing a circuit which is triggered when the voltage of a circuit to be measured is above a prescribed detection value, and generates an optical pulse signal at every half cycle. CONSTITUTION:When a voltage to be measured exceeds a detection voltage E0, a detection circuit 6 is triggered, and a current flows through a terminal A, a voltage dividing element 3, a trigger element 7, a limiting resistor 8, a light- emitting element 9 and a terminal B during a positive half cycle of the voltage E0, whereby the element 9 is made to emit a light. To the element 7, a current (c) flows. A photoelectric transducing element 13 is made to be continuous at every one cycle by an optical pulse signal. This cycle is denoted as T1. Meanwhile, the time limit of the operation of a reset time detecting element 17 is determined by a time constant set by the variable resistor 19 and the capacitor 20 of a timer circuit 18, and the time limit T2 of the operation of the element 17 can be set by the adjustment of the resistance 19. By setting as T2>>T1, subsequentially the same voltage with that at a terminal PQ can be obtained continuously at an output terminal RQ.</p> |
