PURPOSE:To make the zero point adjustment easy by providing an opening in the direction at right angle to the direction of movement of a movable object at a position that is opposite to the light shielding section of a base and also providing two openings for light-receiving elements in parallel to the axis of the opening and moving body. CONSTITUTION:A first frame 4 had openings 10 and 11, and there a displacement detection device that is the main unit of the present invention and consists of two light-receiving elements 12 and 12' for detecting the displacement of a pendulum 1 and a light-emitting element 13 is installed. Further, the first frame 4 and the second frame 14 are respectively provided with stoppers 19 and 20 for limiting the range of movement of the pendulum 1. Those stoppers are rotated by means of a screw or other for adjusting the range of limitation. With this arrangement, the zero point adjustment of displacement detection devices that has required skill and time so far can be done simply and in a short time. |
