PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform electric field distribution in a filter material by clamping the dielectric furnace material of a particulate capture part by a couple of filters, and using those filters as a high-voltage and an earth electrode respectively. CONSTITUTION:At a particulate discharge part 14, discharge lines are extended in parallel to one another as discharge electrodes 10. Metallic plates as earth electrodes 12 are fitted between discharge electrodes 10, and those metallic plates are connected to the earth 22. At a particulate capture part 16, plural upstream-side separators 32 and downstream-side separators 34 nearly in the same shapes with a high voltage part 20 and the earth electrode 22 are fitted in parallel respectively. A dielectric filter material 18 is supported between the upstream-side separators 32 and downstream-side separators 34, which are inserted into folded recessed parts respectively to support them. |
