PURPOSE:To improve oil resistance, viscosity, and adhesiveness, by a method wherein 60pts.wt. or less urethane bumper powder is mixed as a filler in a foaming rubber raw material, and after a vulcanizer and an expanding agent are added, the mixture is vulcanized and foamed. CONSTITUTION:Urethane bumper lump is crushed into 100 mesh to obtain pulverized bumper product. After synthetic rubber is placed in a pressurizing kneader and agitated for about 2min, pulverized bumper product, a filler, a vulcanizing auxiliary, carbon, and a softener are charged and agitated for 10-15min. A vulcanizer and a foaming agent are further charged in the kneader and agitated for 10-15min. During said operation, the inside of the kneader is maintained at a temperature of 70-80 deg.C by cooling the outer periphery of the kneader, and this prevents curing and deteriorating of rubber. A rubber lump is removed from the kneader, and it is passed through a roll for 10-15min for kneading to form it into a foaming rubber sheet. The sheet is then heated at 180 deg.C for 30min for foaming to form a foamed rubber material. |
