PURPOSE:To ensure the sealing of a welt cut section, improve the sealing performance within a car room, and accurately prevent the noise outside the car room from intruding into the car room by covering the mount blacket of a car with a cover. CONSTITUTION:The hook sections 23a and 23b of a cover main body 21 are engaged with a mount blacket 12 and a blacket mount cover is mounted on this blacket 12 and then the whole section outside the position of the welt 4 of the mount blacket 12 is covered with the cover main body 21. The cut section of the welt 4 is accurately sealed with the cover 20 by connecting adjacent sealing sections 10 of cut end 26 together with an auxiliary sealing section 22 to cover the cut section 14 of the welt 4 and thus any noise is prevented from intruding into the car room. |
