PURPOSE:To obtain sufficiently large intensity of junction, by unifying the half bodies of a magnetic core and the half bodies of a pair of reinforcing plates by filling the cement to the wall of a winding hole as well as to the filling holes. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head is formed by enclosing into a body the magnetic half bodies 1 and 2 made of the amorphous magnetic alloy bands with the reinforcing half bodies 3-6 made of glass or ceramic material. The half bodies 3 and 4 correspond to a winding hole 1c of the half body 1 and filling holes 1e and 1f and contain the winding holes 3a and 4a and filling holes 3b and 4b as well as 3c and 4c. These holes have larger diameters and larger depths than those of the body 1. The cement 11 is filled into a space of a hatching part which is produced when a tape contact surface on the half body 3 at the same level. Thus the body 1 is into the half bodies 3 and 4. A pair of such joined half bodies are put together, and the cement 11 is filled into the holes 1e, 3b, 4b, 1f, 3c and 4c as well as to the walls of the holes 3a and 3b respectively. In such a way, the sufficiently large intensity of junction is obtained. |
