The title compns., with good storge stability, were prepd. from 100 parts component contg. 60-100 part triacyloxyalkylsilane and 0.1-5 parts Zn and / or Zr carboxylate catalyst. Thus, mixing OH-terminated di-Me siloxane oil 25 and hydroxylated silicone 8 parts with 4.2 parts mixt. of MeSi(OAc)3 80, (tert-BuO)2Si(OAc)2 20, Me2Sn neodecanoate 0.525 and Zr octanoate 0.120 part gave a rubber with application rate 100 g/min, tackfree cure time 20 min, curing in 24 hr, at room temp. good, tensile strength 25.3 kg/cm2, elongation %, and adhesion to anodized Al 1.33 kg/mm.
