PURPOSE:To prevent gelling of a material with the elapse of time, to improve a product quality, and to eliminate a process to cleans a mold, by a method wherein two different molding liquids are injected into their respective independent chambers of an injection cylinder from each container, and they are joined together at a forward end of a nozzle to inject it into a mold. CONSTITUTION:Molding materials A and B housed in containers 3, 3 are injected into chambers 11 and 12 in an injection cylinder body, and by a succeeding injection process, the molding materials A and B reaches a nozzle hole 25 in a forward end of an injection nozzle through flow passages 23 and 24. The molding materials A and B join together therein for the first time, and are injected into a mold cavity 52 through a spool 51 in a mold 5. In which case, the molding materials, passing through the nozzle hole 25, are laid together to form a layer, and in case they are in parallel to injection direction, they are injected in a laminating state or in a condition that they are partially mixed. If an injecting is perfectly completed, an imperfect mixture molding material is heated for a given period of time, and even at a part where they are formed into a layer, a curing proceeds from a contact interface between the materials A and B to remove it as a molded product. |
