PURPOSE:To minimize a quantity of residual paper, by utilizing movement of a film rear end to a direction of the center of an adhesive tape winding core to cut a film and detecting a decease of tention and the rear end to perform paper connection. CONSTITUTION:At a point of time when an adhesive tape part 47, in which the rear end of an old reel film 6 is adhesively attached to a winding core 46, is moved from a feed out tangential direction to a winding core center direction, moving force of a film 33 to a circumferential direction is utilized to adapt to a cutter 10 and cut the film 33 immediately before the tape 47. Then a rapid decrease of film tension is detected by a pressure detector 29 to declerate a nip roller 20 and prevent jumping of the rear end of the film 6 located in an adhesive position. While a rear end postion of the film 6 is controlled by a vacuum roller 37 to allow the film 6 to adhere to anew reel film 7. In this way, an adhesive tape 4 can be cut without causing the necessity for removal, and generation of a stain can be reduced. |
