PURPOSE:To provide a solenoid valve which can be functioned both as a closing valve and an opening valve by forming two valve seats for closing and opening a flow path connected to one opening. CONSTITUTION:In case where an opening 15 is used for an inlet, and an opening 25 is used for an outlet, a solenoid valve functions as a constantly closing solenoid valve, and on the contrary, in case where the opening 15 is used for an outlet, and the opening 25 is used for an inlet, it functions as a constantly opening solenoid valve. When an electromagnetic coil 6 is excited, a plunger 8 is moved upward, so that a valve body 28 is brought into contact with a valve seat 9a, and a valve body 30 is separated from a valve seat 4a, which results in that the space between the opening 15 and the outlet 18 is opened, and the space between the opening 25 and the outlet 18 is closed up. The valve body 28 is pressed against the valve seat 9a by an internal spring 29 and pushed into the interior of the plunger 8 by the valve seat 9a to be kept in the state of pressure contact. |
