PURPOSE:To perform precise bursting detection, by finding difference in deviation in flow rate and pressure in a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:A flow rate and a pressure signals from detection parts 7 and 18 for the flow rate and pressure of fluid flowing through a duct 6 are sampled by sampling circuits 9 and 19 at a prescribed period and delayed by one period by the 1st holding circuits 10 and 20, and comparing circuits 11 and 21 calculate their deviations from current flow rate and pressure signals. Both deviation signals are sampled by sampling circuits 12 and 22 and delayed by one period through the 2nd holding circuits 13 and 23 to calculate differences in deviations of the current flow rate and pressure deviation signals, and when those deviations exceed their prescribed values at the same time, warning is generated. For said set values, a set value correcting circuit is provided to obtain proper set values while considering variations in flow rate and pressure in a steady duct fluid state determined by conditions of a fluid supply side. |
