PURPOSE:To prevent the local overheat of the oil in an oil tank by installing a temperature detector for detecting the temperature of working oil, a branched conduit which is separated from a feeding conduit through a switch valve and led to the oil tank and a variable throttle valve interposed in said branched conduit. CONSTITUTION:A proportion type temperature regulator 14 transmits a voltage corresponding to the temperature difference Td-Ta between the temperature Td deg.C of the hydraulic oil 3 suitable for operating a hydraulic circuit and the temperature Ta deg.C in an oil tank 2, to a reversible motor 15, and also applies said voltage to a switch valve 11 at the same time, and the hydraulic oil 3 flows in a branched conduit 12 and is directly returned to the oil tank 2. In these processes, the hydraulic oil 3 is throttled by a variable throttle valve 13, and its temperature rises. When the temperature of the hydraulic oil 3 in the oil tank 2 is increased from Ta-Td through repetition of flowing, transmission, the control signal from a proportion type temperature controller 14 is suspended, and the variable throttle valve 13 is opened perfectly and its operation is stopped. |
