The invention relates to a plastic hose or a plastic pipe, according to Figures 1 and 2 of the drawing, of electrically conductive quality, and packaging. The subject-matter of the invention consists of at least two helices, which are arranged parallel and form the wall, of which one, of electrically conductive quality, extends from the hose or pipe inner wall to the outer wall, so that the frictional electricity produced inside can be dissipated through the wall to earth in any position. The helices forming the wall may be of different hardness.
