The cooling plate comprises a metal plate (1) with openings (2), filled with refractory material, and a built-in cooling tube (4). The openings (2) have been provided through the plate (1) with a horizontal orientation so that the metal (1) is S-shaped. On the vertical plane, the openings (2) have the shape of a trapezium and the cooling tube (4) is conformed to the metal plate (1).
