<p>PURPOSE:To effectively utilize the hot or cold heat of a liquid in a biologically treating cell, by controlling the temperature of organic filthy water as the liquid in the biologically treating cell by a freezer and recovering waste heat at the coolant-condensing part of the freezer. CONSTITUTION:In order to prevent the immoderate rising of a temperature of water in a biolgically treating cell 2 which would impede the metabolism of microbes such as nitrifying bacteria, the temperature of the in-cell water is controlled at a predetermined value by circulating cooling water 10 through a heat exchanger 11 in the cell. The ciculating water 10' turned into hot water by heat exchange is let flow into the coolant evaporator 13 of a feeezer 12, cooled therein and let flow out as cooling water 10. On the other hand, a coolant collecting heat from the circulating water 10' is compressed by a compressor 14 and then condensed by a condenser 15 so as to discharge the sum the amount of heat collected from the circulating water 10' and an amount of heat corresponding to the compressing work. Air 16 is heated by said radiant heat, and the heated air 17 is supplied to a drier 18.</p> |
