摘要 <p>The ic engine ignition system uses an electronic switch to supply stored energy to a spark plug at the required ignition timing point. The electronic switch is coupled to a control circuit incorporating a resistance bridge (24) supplied from an AC generator (10) driven via the engine. The resistance bridge incorporates at least one magnetic field element (31), with the magnet system (33) cooperating with the latter carried by the AC generator (10). The magnetic field element causes the applied AC voltage to be converted into a half wave voltage, so that the switch is only triggered to supply the ignition pulses to the spark plug when the engine is rotating in the correct sense. Pref. a magnetic AC generator (10) is used, its permanent magnet system comprising a pole wheel (11) which is coupled with the magnetic field element (31) in a given position. PS.</p>
