PURPOSE:To check the occurence of slackness in a driving chain, by pivoting an upper roll and an upper driven chain wheel to one end of an oscillating frame being rockably linked to a main frame part surrounded around by the driving chain and also pivoting a tension chain wheel to the other end respectively. CONSTITUTION:At the external surface of a side frame 5a part surrounded around by a driving chain 9, an oscillating frame 11 linked rockably for vertical motion around a pivot shaft 10 with its shaft center sideways is installed, and an upper roll 12 disposed in parallel with a lower roll 6 in its the upper front vicinity is pivoted in linkage at one end front side in relation to the pivot shaft 10 of the oscillating frame 11 while at the side of a center shaft 12a of the upper roll 12, an upper driven chain wheel 13 is firmly installed. In addition, at the other end rear side of the oscillating frame 11, a tension chain wheel 15 is pivotally installed on the external surface and the upper driven chain wheel 13 and the tension chain wheel 15 are engaged with reciprocating passage 9a and 9b of transmission change 9 respectively, so that the driving chain 9 is held in the desired tension. |
