PURPOSE:To obtain a comfortable living circumstance by a method wherein a partitioning member and a spacing member are formed by a material having moisture and air permeability as well as the arresting effect of gas, general dust, soot or the like, in the heat exchanger for a ventilating device. CONSTITUTION:The heat exchanger, provided at an atmosphere suction port, is constituted by laminating neighboring spacing members 22 so that the directions of the wave forms thereof are intersecting orthogonally and interposing the partitioning members 21 between the spacing members 22. The heat exchange between the stream of the atmosphere, passing through the neighboring layers, and indoor air stream is effected through the partitioning members 21. At leat one of the members 21,..., 22,... is made of a non-woven cloth of phenolic active carbon fibers or a paper. The active carbon fiber has a heat transmission coefficient, more than double the same of conventional paper, the moisture permeability and moisture control property, capable of controlling a latent heat transmission most suitably, and a filter effect, high in a capacity to adsorb and arrest various kinds of dirts in the environmental atmosphere. Thus, the comfortable living circumstance may be obtained. |
