PURPOSE:To enable engagement of a dehydrating tank with a balance ring by analyzing an inertial strength occurred at the tank and the ring to thereby engage therebetween at minimum screws. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical side 39 of a dehydrating tank 16 if formed in shape of an inwardly projecting circular portion 40 and a partial cylinder 42. The portion 40 is eliminated via a step 44 in the vicinity of the upper end of the side 39 to form an upper end cylinder 46. Thus, a pin 48 is provided on the upper surface of the step 44 to engage with the hole 50 of a balance ring 24 to dispose the balance ring 24 on the upper surface of the step 44 to thereby engage the pin 48 with the hole 50 and to fix them with screws 52. A flange 32 engaged via nut 34 with a dehydrating rotary shaft 30 is provided at the bottom of the tank 16 to secure the tank 16 via a reinforcing plate 36 to the shaft 30. |
