PURPOSE:To digitize analog temperature information by a little outside attaching circuit, by counting a pulse of fixed period while a comparison output of a CR integration circuit having a temperature sensitive resistance element and reference voltage circuit is inverted. CONSTITUTION:A CR integration circuit 11, reset circuit 13 setting an initial stage condition of this circuit, reference voltage generation circuit 12, temperature sensitive resistance element 3 forming the circuit 11 together with a capacitor C2, and comparator 2 comparing the output of the circuits 11 and 12, are equipped. Moreover, a pulse generation circuit 10 generating a pulse of fixed period is provided and the pulse generated from the circuit 10 is counted by a microcomputer 1 while the output of the comparator is inverted. Hereby, the temperature is detected with good accuracy by a little outside attaching circuit and the temperature analog information is made digitized and also, processing by the microcomputer is facilitated. |
