PURPOSE:To obtain excellent detection sensitivity, by coupling and a torque deformation and a thrust deformation part through coupling points, and supporting an intermediate part including those coupling points through elastic supporting parts. CONSTITUTION:An internal annular part 1 is regarded as a torque deformation part, and an external annular part 2 is regarded as a thrust deformation part; both parts 1 and 2 are coupled in one body at four coupling points 3. When torque T operates on a coupling part 3, each intermediate part 6 supported by an axial elastic supporting part 7 is allowed to deform, and also has enough rigidity against thrust. When thrust P operates on the coupling point 3, on the other hand, each intermediate part 10 supported by a circumferenctial elastic support part 11 is allowed to deform and also has enough rigidity against torque. Consequently, detection sensitivity is improved without decreasing the rigidity of a rotating shaft part. |
